Ace Hardware of Santa Fe

Mean, disrespectful, and an immature brat. I needed help getting a faucet cartridge and the parts are locked away. One of the employees was helping another person in a case next to the one I needed. When he finished up, he just glared at me. I smiled and said hello and asked if he could open up the case. He snaps at me and says “I’ll be with you in a few minutes!”. No other customers were even around us. Then he calls for backup and I waited for 15 minutes, while that guy just stood there with a nasty attitude not doing anything! The next employee was nice and helped. The first guy should be fired! Many of us need jobs and are willing to work well for them. That little brat is an entitled piece of trash. I didn’t deserve that treatment. And if I hear the excuse of “Maybe he was having a bad day”, I certainly was having a bad day before I got there and was still polite. I had no running water, drove on icy roads, and a burned hand! There is no excuse.

I would give this place a O if allowed, I walked in to view and buy a light bulb and fixture, I need help to execute my question for my purchase, after walking around to find a employee I found a a man behind the where they make the keys, I asked him very politely, can you please help me, and his response was very vulgar "with what?" I tried to explain what I was confused about the wiring situation, he became very hostile toward me and he has a very cocky attitude like I was bothering him when he was on his cell phone, so after I interrupted him he became very belligerent and said I couldn't be in there with my purse my large satchel, That sealed the deal for me. They missed out on a 7 to 800 sales where I'm trying to fix my home up with this type of lighting lo and behold. I went to Home Depot and they treated me like royalty. I will never go back to this. God forsaken an establishment that will stereotype you right off the bat. I feel sorry for Ace hardware because they have a very very good reputation but not at this place. Please do not go into this place. It's nothing more than a joke. It's racist and I will never go in there again nor will my co-workers again. I am a licensed contractor because I carry my paperwork in my satchel my important paperwork I was marked, Ace hardware missed out on a big sale and bigger Central sales in the future. I could care less what you people do from now on, but I'll take my business elsewhere. Recommendation spend your hard earned money to professionals like Home Depot, Lowe's I have never been treated with such disrespect.
